There’s a lot of talk these days about “team.” But for some organizations, it’s really just a reference to a group of people. Not so with Lungren Homes. This company is comprised of talented individuals who truly believe in the synergy of the team – a group focused on collaboration, empathy and respect. This work environment attracts great employees, and also the very best trade partners. You’ll see the result in better communities and better homes, often at a better value.
DAN & CATHY LUNGREN are the principal owners of Lungren Homes. Dan brings over 30 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction to the company. During many of those years, Dan was directly responsible for managing construction of up to 1000 homes per year. That experience resulted in the development of design and construction efficiencies, which today drive building costs down and return better value to the home owner. Cathy oversees the company’s office operations. Dan and Cathy share an infectious enthusiasm for the home building business that encompasses and enriches their lives.
For years Dan shared stories of his homebuilding experiences with his wife Cathy, praising the employees and trade partners who helped Dan create wonderful new communities and award-winning homes. Dan’s passion for building homes was rewarded with praise from his home owners, and the circle was complete. Except for one thing: Cathy’s life was consumed raising two children, and didn’t allow her the time to share in the fun and gratification that Dan found in home building. So just as soon as the kids were off to college, Cathy was able to bring her business talents to the team. Today Dan and Cathy share a conviction to lead Lungren Homes as a company of strong character, with respect to every party, integrity in every detail, and fun just as often as possible. Did we mention they have fun?
